Summary:  A brief warm-up is underway for our region, as tomorrow’s high will likely overshoot 70 degrees.  It’s not going to last, however, as after a round of storms tomorrow evening we will return to the mid 50s for Sunday.

Tonight:  Partly cloudy with lows in the mid 40s and winds out of the southeast at 10 to 15 MPH.

Saturday:  Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and possibly thunderstorms in the late afternoon.  Highs will be in the low 70s with winds out of the southeast at 15 to 25, with gusts up to 35 possible.

Saturday night:  Cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely.  Lows will be in the upper 40s with winds out of the south at 10 to 20, gusting up to 30 at times.

Sunday:  Partly sunny during the day and mostly clear overnight.  Highs will be in the mid 50s with lows in the upper 30s.

Your long-term forecast:  Monday through Wednesday are expected to be fairly relaxed as an area of high pressure over our region will act to keep the weather calm.  Highs for the period will range from the mid 50s to the low 60s, with lows in the upper 30s to the upper 40s.
