Summary:  We can expect some fairly cloudy skies for the next couple of days, but despite this minor setback temperatures will continue to be on the rise. 

Tonight:  Partly cloudy with lows in the lower 50s.  Winds will be out of the east at 5 to 10 MPH, becoming light and variable overnight. 

Friday:  Partly cloudy with highs in the mid 70s.  Winds will be light and variable early, then increasing from the east to around 10 MPH by the afternoon.

Friday night:  Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers.  Lows will be in the mid 50s with winds out of the east at around 10 MPH.


Your long-term forecast:  Stormy weather is expected to persist over our region at the onset of next week as numerous chances will exist for showers and thunderstorms.  Highs will be in the lower 80 Sunday and Monday, but Tuesday could only reach the upper 60s.  Lows for the period will generally be decreasing from the mid 60s to upper 40s.
