Summary:  Showers and thunderstorms are expected for our region late this afternoon and evening, some of which could become severe with large hail, damaging winds, and even a few tornadoes possible.  This stormy weather will likely continue through tomorrow, though diminishing in intensity until ending in the predawn hours Friday morning.

Tonight:  Showers and thunderstorms likely.  Lows will be in the lower 50s with winds out of the northeast at 10 to 20 MPH. 

Thursday:  Showers likely with some scattered thunderstorms.  Highs will be in the mid 50s with winds out of the northeast at 10 to 20 MPH.

Thursday night:  Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers.  Lows will be in the lower 40s with winds out of the northeast at 10 to 20 MPH.

Your long-term forecast:  Showers and thunderstorms will be possible Saturday morning with another round of storms likely Saturday night into Sunday morning, however Monday is expected to remain dry.  Highs for the period will generally be increasing from the lower 70s to upper 80s, with lows ranging from the lower 60s to lower 70s.
