Summary:  A heat advisory has been issued for our region tomorrow as hot and humid conditions will likely provide a heat index well into the triple digits.  With ample sunshine expected, care should be taken while working outdoors. 

Tonight:  Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms.  Lows will be in the upper 60s with winds out of the south at 10 to 15 MPH. 

Friday:  Sunny, hot and humid.  Highs will be in the upper 90s with winds out of the southwest at 10 to 15 MPH.

Friday night:  Partly cloudy and muggy.  Lows will be in the mid 70s with winds out of the southwest at 10 to 15 MPH.

Your long-term forecast:  The start of next week will see a return to more seasonable temperatures, and while Sunday is expected to remain fairly dry there will be a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms Monday and Tuesday.  Daytime highs for the period will be in the low to mid 80s, with overnight lows in the mid to upper 60s.

Thursday:  Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon.  Highs will be in the mid 80s with winds out of the south at 10 to 15 MPH.

Thursday night:  Partly cloudy with lows in the lower 70s and winds out of the south at 10 to 15 MPH.

Tonight:  Clear with lows in the upper 50s.  Winds will be out of the northwest at 5 to 10 MPH, becoming light and variable after midnight.

Wednesday:  Sunny with highs in the low 80s.  Winds will be calm in the morning, then coming from the southeast at 5 to 10 MPH in the afternoon.

Wednesday night:  Mostly clear with lows in the lower 60s and winds out of the southeast at 5 to 10 MPH.

Tuesday night:  Clear with lows in the lower 60s and fairly calm winds.

Saturday night:  Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.  Lows will be in the lower 60s with winds out of the southeast at 5 to 10 MPH.

Sunday:  Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.  Highs will be in the upper 70s with lows in the upper 60s.
