Summary:  An area of high pressure is slowly making its way through our region, allowing for continued calm, and frankly beautiful weather.

Tonight:  Clear with lows in the upper 50s.  Winds will be out of the northwest at 5 to 10 MPH, becoming light and variable after midnight.

Wednesday:  Sunny with highs in the low 80s.  Winds will be calm in the morning, then coming from the southeast at 5 to 10 MPH in the afternoon.

Wednesday night:  Mostly clear with lows in the lower 60s and winds out of the southeast at 5 to 10 MPH.


Your long-term forecast:  Warmer weather is expected as we head towards the end of the week, with a heat index in the triple digits possible on Friday.  A few showers and thunderstorms may be possible on Saturday, with a chance for additional storms on Sunday.  Highs for the period will be in the upper 80s to mid 90s, with lows in the upper 60s to mid 70s.
