Summary:  We are going to transition into some fall-like weather over the weekend, as an approaching cold front will likely bring us some stormy weather followed by a notable drop in temperatures thereafter. 

Tonight:  Partly cloudy with a chance of showers and thunderstorms.  Lows will be in the lower 70s with light and variable winds. 

Saturday:  Mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely.  Highs will be in the mid 80s with light and variable winds.

Saturday night:  Partly cloudy with a good chance of showers and thunderstorms.  Lows will be in the lower 60s with winds out of the northwest at 5 to 10 MPH.

Sunday:  Mostly clear and significantly cooler with daytime highs in the lower 70s and overnight lows in the lower 50s.

Your long-term forecast:  While the start of next week is expected to remain fairly calm, Monday through Wednesday will be substantially cooler than recent days.  Daytime highs for the period will only be in the upper 60s to mid 70s, with overnight lows in the low to mid 50s.
