Summary:  While the good news is that our afternoon showers will give way to clear skies by tonight, cold air will remain firmly entrenched in our region for the next couple of days, with even a chance of frost in some areas tomorrow night. 

Tonight:  Mostly clear with lows in the lower 40s and winds out of the north at around 10 MPH. 

Thursday:  Mostly sunny with highs around 60 and winds out of the north at 10 to 15 MPH.

Thursday night:  Mostly clear with lows in the lower 40s and winds out of the northeast at 5 to 10 MPH, becoming light and variable after midnight.

Your long-term forecast:  While temperatures will begin to make a comeback over the weekend, Saturday will still be fairly cool, though dry, with a chance of showers or thunderstorms Sunday and Monday.  Highs for the period will generally be increasing from the upper 60s to the upper 70s, with lows in the lower 50s to lower 60s.
