Summary:  A wind advisory is in effect for our region from 2 PM today until 5 AM Friday morning as high winds are expected by this afternoon. 

Tonight:  Mostly cloudy with a slight chance of showers.  Lows will be in the upper 40s with winds out of the northwest at 20 to 30 MPH, with gusts up to 50 MPH possible. 

Friday:  Partly cloudy with highs around 60.  Winds will be out of the north at 15 to 25 MPH, with gusts up to 35 MPH possible.

Friday night:  Mostly clear with lows in the lower 40s and winds out of the north at 10 to 15 MPH.


Your long-term forecast:  Mild weather is expected for the start of next week as well as a slight warm-up Sunday through Tuesday.  Daytime highs for the period will generally be increasing from the low 60s to lower 70s, with overnight lows in the mid 40s to the low 50s.
