Summary: A somewhat dreary weekend lies ahead, with rainfall expected late tonight into tomorrow, and abnormally cool temperatures persisting for much of the great lakes region.

Tonight: Cloudy with a good chance of showers after midnight. Lows will be in the lower 40s with winds out of the east at 10 to 20 MPH.

Saturday: Cloudy with rain likely in the morning, and a chance of rain through the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 40s with winds out of the east at 10 to 20 MPH.  

Saturday night: Mostly cloudy with lows in the upper 30s and winds out of the northeast at 5 to 15 MPH.  

Sunday: Partly cloudy with daytime highs in the mid 50s and overnight lows in the upper 30s.


Your long-term forecast: It will be a wet start to the next work week as numerous chances for showers and thunderstorms will exist for Monday through Wednesday.Daytime highs for the period will generally be increasing from the upper 50s to the mid 70s, with overnight lows also increasing from the upper 40s to the lower 60s.
