Summary: Cooler air has moved into northern Illinois, with temperatures slightly below the average for this time of year, however dry conditions will continue.

Tonight: Clear with lows in the lower 50s. Winds will be light and variable in the evening, then coming from the east at 5 to 10 MPH after midnight.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with highs in the lower 70s and winds out of the east at 5 to 10 MPH.  

Wednesday night: Mostly clear with lows in the mid 50s and winds out of the east to southeast at 5 to 10 MPH.


Your long-term forecast: The weather for the coming weekend will remain fairly uneventful, with generally pleasant conditionsexpected for Friday through Sunday. Daytime highs for the period will be in the mid to upper 80s, with overnight lows in the mid 60s to the low 70s.
