Summary: While tomorrow will be cooler than today, northern Illinois will remain warmer than average for the foreseeable future, although we may have a chance at a few storms tomorrow night.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with lows in the mid 70s and winds out of the north to northwest at 5 to 10 MPH.

Friday: Partly cloudy with highs in the low 90s. Winds will be light and variable in the morning, then coming from the east at 5 to 10 MPH by the afternoon.  

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows will be in the lower 70s with light and variable winds.
