Summary: Our heat wave is almost at an end as a cold front will pass through northern Illinois sometime tomorrow afternoon, bringing with it a chance for storms and cooler temperatures by Sunday.

Tonight: Mostly clear with lows in the upper 70s and winds out of the southwest at 5 to 10 MPH.

Saturday: Partly cloudy with highs in the upper 90s and winds out of the west at around 10 MPH early in the day, with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms and winds out of the northeast at 10 to 15 MPH in the afternoon.  

Saturday night: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms. Lows will be around 70 with winds out of the northeast at 10 to 15 MPH.  

Sunday: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms during the day, becoming mostly clear in the evening. Daytimehighs will be in the lower 80s, with overnight lows in the mid 60s.
