Summary: While most of the remnants of Isaac will pass well to the south of the Chicagoland area, there’s still a good chance we’ll see at least a little rain from the former hurricaneover the weekend.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with lows in the upper 60s. Winds will be light and variable in the early evening, then coming from the east at 5 to 10 MPH in the late evening and overnight.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms. Highs will be in the lower 80s with winds out of the east at 10 to 15 MPH.  

Saturday night: Cloudy with a good chance of showers. Lows will be in the upper 60s with winds out of the east at 10 to 15 MPH.  

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers during the day. Daytime highs will be in the lower 80s with overnight lows of around 70.

Your long-term forecast: We will have a few opportunities for some rainfall early next week, with a slight chance of showers on Labor Day, and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms late Wednesday, while Tuesday is expected to remain dry. Friday: Mostly sunny with highs in the mid 90s and winds out of the southwest at 10 to 15 MPH.  

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers after midnight. Lows will be around 70 with winds out of the east at 5 to 10 MPH.

Wednesday: Partly cloudy in the morning and clearing by the afternoon. Highs will be in the mid 80s with gentle winds out of the southeast.  

Wednesday night: Clear with lows in the lower 60s and winds gradually shifting from the southeast to south at 5 to 10 MPH.

Tuesday night: Mostly clear with lows in the lower 60s. Winds will be out of theeast at 5 to 10 MPH in the evening, becoming light and variable after midnight.

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with showers and thunderstorms likely. Daytime highs will be in the lower 80s with overnight lows in the upper 60s.
