Summary: A weak cold front will be drifting along the Wisconsin / Illinois border tomorrow, eventually dipping south tomorrow night. While temperatures will remain relatively warm, winds will be fluctuating quite a bit over the next couple of days.

Tonight: Mostly clear with lows in the mid 60s. Winds will be light and variable in the early evening, then coming from the south at 5 to 10 MPH in the late evening and overnight.

Thursday: Partly sunny with highs in the low 90s. Winds will be out of the southwest at 5 to 10 MPH in the morning, becoming light and variable for the afternoon.  

Thursday night: Partly cloudy with lows of around 70. Winds will be light and variable in the early evening, then coming out of the northeast at 5 to 15 MPH by midnight.

Your long-term forecast: A cold front will sweep across northern Illinois over the weekend, bringing with it a good chance for showers and thunderstorms Saturday and Saturday night. After the front passes, temperatures will become somewhat cooler and more benign weather will return for the start of next week. Saturday will see daytime highs in the low 90s and overnight lows in the low 70s, while Sunday and Monday will have highs in the mid 80s and lows in the mid 60s.
