Summary: While most of the remnants of Isaac will pass well to the south of the Chicagoland area, there’s still a good chance we’ll see at least a little rain from the former hurricaneover the weekend.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with lows in the upper 60s. Winds will be light and variable in the early evening, then coming from the east at 5 to 10 MPH in the late evening and overnight.

Saturday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers and isolated thunderstorms. Highs will be in the lower 80s with winds out of the east at 10 to 15 MPH.  

Saturday night: Cloudy with a good chance of showers. Lows will be in the upper 60s with winds out of the east at 10 to 15 MPH.  

Sunday: Mostly cloudy with a chance of showers during the day. Daytime highs will be in the lower 80s with overnight lows of around 70.

Your long-term forecast: We will have a few opportunities for some rainfall early next week, with a slight chance of showers on Labor Day, and a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms late Wednesday, while Tuesday is expected to remain dry. Daytime highs for the period will be in the low to mid 80s, with overnight lows generally remaining in the 60s.
