Summary: A cold front will be progressing through northern Illinois tomorrow morning, with temperatures expected to cool throughout the day, as well as a good chance of rain starting by the afternoon.

Tonight: Mostly clear in the evening becoming mostly cloudy overnight. Lows will be around 60 with winds out of the south at 5 to 10 MPH early, becoming light and variable after midnight.

Thursday: Cloudy with a chance of showers in the afternoon. Highs will be in the low 70s early in the day, with light and variable winds in the morning eventually coming from the north at 10 to 15 MPH.  

Thursday night: Cloudy with showers likely. Lows will be in the mid 50s with winds out of the north at 5 to 10 MPH.


Your long-term forecast: Temperatures will remain slightly below average for this coming weekend, with generally pleasant weather on Saturday and Sunday, however there will be a slight chance of showers on Monday. Daytime highs for the period will be in the low to mid 70s, with overnight lows in the low to mid 50s.
