Summary: The next couple of days will remain fairly uneventful, with temperatures that are typical for this time of November.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with areasof patchy fog after midnight. Lows will be in the mid 30s with calm winds.

Thursday: Partly cloudy with patchy fog in the morning, becoming mostly clear by the afternoon. Highs will be in the lower 50s with winds out of the south at 5 to 10 MPH.  

Thursday night: Mostly clear with lows in the mid 30s and winds out of the south at 5 to 10 MPH.


Your long-term forecast: Well have a few chances for some wet weather as a potent cold front passes through northern Illinois late in the weekend, beginning with a slight chance of showers possible on Saturday, showers likely with a slight chance of thunderstorms on Sunday, and a chance of rain with some snow showers possible on Monday. Daytime highs will be in the low to mid 60s during the weekend, but only in the lower 40s for Monday, with overnight lows decreasing from around 50 to the upper 20s.
