Summary: Our unseasonably mild weather will continue for the next couple of days, though foggy conditions can be expected tonight into tomorrow morning.

Tonight: Mostly clear in the evening with areas of dense fog possible after midnight. Lows will be around 40 degrees with calm winds.

Wednesday: Generally sunny but with some areas of fog lingering into the morning. Highs will be around 60 with winds out of the south to southwest at 5 to 10 MPH.  

Wednesday night: Clear with lows in the lower 40s and winds out of the south at 10 to 15 MPH.


Your long-term forecast: A cold front will be sweeping through northern Illinois Friday morning, which will put an end to our unseasonably mild weather, but while Friday through Sunday will be colder that average, they are also expected to remain dry. Daytime highs for the period will range from the mid 30s to the lower 40s, with overnight lows in the mid to upper 20s.
